Personal Philosophy: You're done when it's done right.  Thus, the pursuit of "right" never really ends.

Jeff founded Quality One Solutions, Inc. in 2016 out of a belief that hospitality professionals with a sincere desire to merge operational experience, analytical analysis, process understanding and common sense realities can best help and produce solutions within the hospitality profession.

An operator with more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry solving problems in back of the house operations as well as front of the house consumer facing environments.  Jeff has been on all sides of the inspection process and still seeks that Six Sigma goal; the pursuit to eliminate all deficiencies.

Prior to founding Quality One Solutions, Inc. Jeff worked with Diamond Resorts International as Resort Manager for one of its largest vacation resorts, an 845 unit, 256 acre campus style site.  At the site level, Jeff stewarded three renovation phases and significant process and procedural modifications that led to budget surpluses and continuous improvement with guest survey scores.  He would tell you his greatest achievement was the building and mentoring of what was recognized as the finest management team in the company.  At the corporate level he served as an active member of a corporate level advisory committee managing and conducting company-wide quality assurance audits that greatly impacted guest satisfaction across the brand.  Before his tenure with Diamond, Jeff was with Wyndham Vacation Ownership in a variety of leadership roles.  Jeff was a Subject Matter Expert as part of a hand selected team put together to completely overhaul back of the house operations and reporting systems utilized.  He was responsible for Wyndham's Northeast region.  Before being selected for this role, he worked at one of Wyndham's largest resorts as Assistant Resort Manager where he helped pull the Homeowners Association out of a $1.2 million deficit, while managing two comprehensive renovation phases and significant personnel adjustments.  Jeff began his career with Wyndham as the Director of Engineering for a 400 unit campus style property in Williamsburg, Va.  He helped an older resort evolve from a site in distress to one that flourished through much needed renovation projects.

A 21 year veteran of the United States Air Force, Jeff served in several different capacities.  The culmination of a gratifying career was as the Area Manager for the top rated recruiting team in the Air Force for the East Coast.  He had taken leadership of a team that had failed to meet its goals and brought them to the pinnacle of the profession.  Before taking over as the Area Manager, Jeff also had successful stints as a Health Professions Recruiter.  He began his recruiting career as a volunteer enlisted recruiter where he was recognized several times as top recruiter on his team and the overall group.  The bulk of Jeff's career was as part of the Air Forces Civil Engineering unit which is responsible for facilities maintenance.  Jeff was trained as a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) specialist and served assignments in Germany, Spain, Saudi Arabia and the U.S.

Jeff proclaims himself somewhat of a reluctant student, but you wouldn't know it from his accomplishments.  He earned his business degree while in the Air Force and has since completed his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Averett University in Danville, Va.  He has a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University and is currently enrolled in a course in Six Sigma, a field he claims has always fascinated him.  He has been a competitive spirit and lover of sports his entire life, football being one of his main passions.  He played in the Air Forces European league and two separate European teams in Germany and Spain.  It was in Spain that he met and married his wife Ana, and together they have two children, a daughter Barbara and a son Jeffrey Jr.
